marked in BOLD TEXT are required. We will
collect no payment at this time. Simply send us your information and we
will contact you to make payment.
Pre-registration (which ends August 17) is $50, and $40 for each
additional person. Registration at the show is $60, and $50 for each
additional person. On this form up to nine additional persons may be
included. If there are more than nine
additional attendees, you may submit this form again with the rest of the names.
